(Laheeb x *The Vision HG)
Year Foaled: 2005
Color: Grey
Breeding: Purebred Arabian
Imported from the desert sands of Israel, comes the exotic straight Egyptian stallion *Al Hadiyah AA . A grey son of the acclaimed world-wide sire of champions *Laheeb, *Al Hadiyah brings outstanding Arabian type, a gracefully arched neck, excellent body and structure and the presence of a national champion. “*Al Hadiyah is our third stallion – our triple threat if you will,” smiles Luciana. “When it was rumored that he could perhaps be purchased, I leaped at the opportunity. At the time, several buyers were attempting to buy *Al Hadiyah. However, with the help of Christine Jamar and Rodolfo Gzzzo, we managed his purchase – which was a great adventure itself.”
Undefeated in the show ring, *Al Hadiyah exudes the superior phenotype and genotype that is his international champion heritage. Bred by famed Ariela Arabians in Israel, *Al Hadiyah is considered by many breeders to be *Laheeb’s heir apparent and his sire’s most look-alike son. Twice Israeli National Senior Champion, European Reserve Junior Champion, Israeli National and World Top Ten Junior Champion, *Laheeb is one of the most celebrated international stallions and the first straight Egyptian stallion used by the Polish studs of Michalow and Janow Podlaski. Sired by the US Reserve National Champion and World Champion Stallion Imperial Imdal, *Laheeb is out of an Ibn Moniet El Nefous daughter who is out of an *Ansata Ibn Halima daughter.
“With the Polish studs successfully using *Laheeb on their beautiful mares, it seemed only logical to obtain one of *Laheeb’s best sons. *Al Hadiyah is that and more,” states international trainer Rodolfo Guzzo. “Right now, *Al Hadiyah is one of the best straight Egyptian stallions in the world. He offers such extreme beauty, balance and structure. While he is a straight Egyptian breeder’s dream, *Al Hadiyah’s value as an incredible out-cross for non-Egyptian mares is huge. People breeding for beauty while maintaining great bodies and correct structure, should seriously consider *Al Hadiyah,” adds Guzzo.
It is no secret that from great dams come great stallions – so it is with *Al Hadiyah. His dam is the successful show mare and aristocratic dam of national champions The Vision HG. A daughter of US Reserve National Champion Thee Desperado, The Vision is out of a daughter of the internationally respected sire The Minstril – himself and US and Canadian Top Ten Champion. The Vision is also a double great-granddaughter of the acclaimed broodmare sire The Egyptian Prince.
“People will see *Al Hadiyah at Scottsdale 2012 and his beauty will simply blow them away,” concludes Luciana. And so, the journey that started in the desert sands of Israel now comes into full focus in the U.S. One magnificent grey stallion – a national champion with generations of national champions behind him. *Al Hadiyah…the third element of Fazenda Floresta’s triple threat.
